Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Set performance goals monitor team progress and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Organise regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies for the electrical/electronic product lines.
- Analyse market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Participate in pricing strategies and promotional planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients consultants contractors and distributors.
- Conduct client visits product presentations and negotiations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and performance updates to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing logistics and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a degree
- 3 5 years of experience in electronics sales
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Leadership experience will be a plus
