Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road India. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of proven work experience in sales preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret sales and financial reports
