Requirements
What You ll Do
- Budget & Strategy: Partner with Sales and Marketing heads to set and reallocate the annual trade promotion budget and brand promotional strategies.
- Activation Leadership: Plan and execute on- and off-trade activations ensuring point-of-sale market share growth under a win-win-win framework (customer shopper brand).
- Integrated Planning: Lead the Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process and joint business planning with key customers.
- Team & Supplier Management: Motivate your trade marketing team oversee ATU performance and manage third-party customer marketing suppliers.
- Performance Monitoring: Forecast monthly promotional business and depletion versus plan highlight risks/opportunities and recommend optimizations.
- Strategic Advice: Guide price-change discussions gifting and VAP initiatives and additional investment decisions to maximize long-term profitability.
Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: 5 years in trade marketing or category management within FMCG or retail ideally in beverages.
- Analytical & Commercial: Strong P&L understanding budget management and ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
- Collaborator: Excellent stakeholder management able to align Sales Marketing Procurement and external partners.
- Activator: Creative planner with a get-it-done mindset for seamless execution of POS materials and promotions.
- Communicator: Clear presenter and negotiator adept at building consensus on business-critical issues.
