Job Description

As a Senior Lead Generation Specialist you ll take the lead in developing the company s lead generation roadmap collaborating with executive leaders to map out processes tools and strategies that support business growth in the legal sector.

Job Overview

Employment type: Contract type (1-year)

Shift: Monday to Friday 06:30 AM 03:30 PM

Work setup: Remote / Work-from-Home

Your Daily Tasks

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
  • Map end-to-end lead generation workflows including market segmentation and lead qualification
  • Develop outreach cadences playbooks and nurturing strategies for legal clients
  • Recommend and evaluate sales enablement tools CRMs and automation platforms
  • Create KPIs and dashboards to measure ROI and lead performance
  • Analyze gaps in current processes and propose improvements
  • Produce strategic documentation and internal alignment materials
  • Offer expert guidance on team capabilities structures and scaling strategies

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Legal industry expertise in-depth understanding of legal markets law firm structures in-house legal departments and how legal decision-making cycles work
  • Strategic thinking able to align market insights with business objectives to develop scalable results-driven strategies
  • B2B lead generation expertise (5 years required) experienced in segmentation market mapping LinkedIn outreach content-driven pipeline development conversion strategies qualification models and performance tracking
  • Process-oriented skilled in building structured workflows defining buyer touchpoints and recommending efficient repeatable engagement processes
  • Data-savvy and analytical comfortable analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and guide strategic decisions
  • Strong communicator and influencer able to present strategic insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and proactive works independently stays organized and thrives in a consultative fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset experienced working across teams particularly with executive leadership and business development functions
