Job Description
- Create a detailed plan and schedule for the construction project taking into account all the resources required timelines and deadlines.
- Responsible for managing the project budget including cost estimation forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Responsible for identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them such as developing contingency plans and establishing safety protocols.
- Oversee the contract negotiation and administration process ensuring that all parties involved comply with the terms of the contract.
- Responsible for building and managing a team of professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders including clients subcontractors vendors and team members to keep everyone informed of project progress and any changes that may affect the projects outcome.
- Ensure that the project meets all quality standards and specifications including conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Ensure that all applicable regulatory requirements are met including obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelors Degree in construction management engineering or any related field.
- At least 10 or more years of working experience in the industry including experience managing high-rise / large construction projects.
- Possess strong leadership communication and organizational skills as well as experience with project management software and tools.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of construction materials techniques and best practices.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies contract management risk management budgeting and scheduling.
- Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
