To provide comprehensive administrative coordination and documentation support across all phases of construction projects-from pre-construction through execution and closeout. The Project Coordinator ensures smooth project operations by assisting in quantity takeoffs procurement RFI and submittal management meeting documentation cost tracking and maintaining accurate and organized project records. This role plays a key part in facilitating effective communication between internal teams subcontractors and stakeholders while upholding document control standards and supporting project managers in delivering successful on-time and compliant projects.
Preconstruction & Technical Support
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs across all trades with a particular focus on MEP scopes.
- Review design drawings specifications and submittals to identify scope gaps overlaps and coordination issues.
- Prepare and issue RFPs/RFQs assist in subcontractor evaluation and perform bid leveling for technical and commercial alignment.
- Support value engineering scope clarification and early-phase project optimization.
Project Controls & Scheduling
- Create and maintain construction schedules track milestones and update progress in coordination with field teams.
- Monitor and support field progress remotely through structured check-ins and reporting tools.
- Identify and help resolve schedule risks or delays.
Cost Management & Financial Support
- Support budget development cost tracking and forecasting for assigned projects.
- Process subcontractor invoices verify progress claims and assist in maintaining accurate job costing records.
- Help track committed costs vs. actuals and report on financial performance.
Digital Systems & Platform Setup
- Assist in setting up project management platforms
- Configure and maintain project logs forms workflows and dashboards.
- Ensure project data is up to date organized and easily accessible for reporting and audits.
Team Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with site teams consultants and vendors to ensure smooth information flow and issue resolution.
- Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes RFIs submittals and change logs.
- Participate in coordination meetings and follow up on action items to keep teams aligned.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture Construction Management Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Command of professional English level.
- 1 3 years in construction project coordination or technical support.
