This position is crucial in managing the development execution and oversight of comprehensive emergency response plans (ERP). Project Managers ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality with responsibilities escalating from support to strategic leadership across the levels.
The Role:
Project Planning and Execution:
Define project objectives aligning with company strategies and client requirements.
Develop and manage detailed project plans ensuring effective execution across all stages.
Utilize advanced project management tools to monitor progress and adapt to changing needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Working directly with clients and supporting the Client Relationship Manager on premier accounts ensuring their needs are met and relationships are strengthened over time.
Support in soliciting client feedback at various project stages to ensure alignment with their needs and addressing any concerns.
Anticipate client needs and provide strategic solutions to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
Financial Management:
Oversee project budgets performing cost-benefit analyses to ensure financial viability and efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead mentor and develop project teams fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Provide training and support to enhance team skills and project outcomes.
Stakeholder and Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate communication across departments to ensure seamless integration of project activities.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
