QA Analyst / QA Lead (Manual Testing Finance Domain)
Job Title: Manual Tester (Finance Domain Preferred)
Location: Initial Posting in Kollam (3 Months) Then Shift to Ernakulam
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Role

Job Overview
We are hiring for both QA Analyst and QA Lead positions to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Manual Testing a strong understanding of QA processes and preferably experience in the Finance domain. This is a full-time permanent role with an initial work location in Kollam shifting to Ernakulam after three months.
Oversee the QA lifecycle including planning execution and reporting.
Define test strategies ensure test coverage and monitor QA metrics.
Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely quality releases.
Escalate issues and risks as necessary to project stakeholders.
Required Skills:
7 years of overall QA experience including min 2 4 years in a QA Lead role.
Strong leadership planning and communication skills.
Manual testing expertise with a preference for Finance domain knowledge.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
QA Analyst Responsibilities
Create and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.
Perform functional regression integration and system testing.
Identify report and track bugs using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure high product quality.
Maintain test documentation and share testing reports.
Required Skills:
2- 5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies SDLC/STLC.
Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Finance domain experience is mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing QA Lead: Must have strong team management experience and hands-on experience in money exchange applications and the banking domain. QA Analyst: Must have experience in the Fintech domain Kerala-based candidates preferred
