Implement performance management frameworks (OKRs KPIs) adapted for agile and remote teams.
Design and drive tech-focused L&D programs including coding mentorships product bootcamps and leadership upskilling.
Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning for technical leadership.
Maintain a healthy and engaging remote work culture across Egypt Pakistan Morocco and on-site in Kuwait.
Lead initiatives that support DEI well-being and psychological safety in engineering teams.
Handle grievance resolution and employee relations in a transparent and supportive manner.
Oversee digital HR operations payroll and personnel records while ensuring data security (especially for remote teams).
Ensure HR practices comply with Kuwaiti labor laws and international employment standards where applicable.
Design remote work policies flexible hours and hybrid engagement models tailored to software roles.
Bachelors degree in HR Management Business Administration or related field. Technical certifications or coursework in software/IT is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years HR experience with at least 2 years supporting software/tech teams.
Experience with distributed teams digital HR systems (e.g. Zoho BambooHR) and agile HR practices.
Familiarity with tech recruiting trends developer assessment tools and GitHub/LinkedIn sourcing.
Understanding of software team dynamics (e.g. sprints product lifecycles developer workflows).
Ability to design performance systems adapted to technical roles.

Education
Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
