Operations Supervisor
Exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor with 3PL logistics experience! Lead daily warehouse activities (receiving order prep shipping) in a fast-paced environment serving major clients in manufacturing aerospace and transport. Day shift full-time Mirabel-based with competitive salary and benefits.

Day shift Monday to Friday from 7:00 am. to 3:30 pm.
Full-time position 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on their questions and requests.
Oversee all warehouse operations (receiving shipping order preparation etc.).
Supervise daily activities and ensure order accuracy.
Manage and evaluate the performance of employees under your supervision.
Ensure the adoption of safe methods procedures and behaviors among employees.
Enforce health and safety regulations company policies and work procedures; investigate incidents and accidents.
Keep systems and transactions up to date analyze recurring issues implement corrective actions and support continuous improvement of the management system.
Maintain accurate product inventory.
Adhere to the allocated warehouse operations budget.
Work closely with managers of other warehouse locations.
Actively participate in profitability projects and initiatives led by the company.
Motivate teams to achieve company goals related to quality cost production delivery inventory and compliance.
Foster a positive and respectful work environment.
What you will need to succeed:
College diploma in Operations Management and Logistics or equivalent training.
5 years of relevant experience in transportation distribution and 3PL logistics.
Proficiency in integrated management systems such as ERP WMS or SAP.
Strong command of Microsoft tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Inspiring leadership with a strong results-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to develop succession plans build team skills and lead a multidisciplinary team.
Sense of urgency ability to manage priorities and stress in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and best practices.
Flexibility and availability based on operational needs.
Proficiency in French and English spoken and written to ensure effective communication with clients and partners from diverse markets. Functional English required for professional interactions.
