Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored high-quality speech-language therapy with a focus on empathy and clinical effectiveness
- Evaluate and treat speech language social communication and feeding/swallowing challenges
- Design customized therapy plans with families grounded in evidence-based strategies
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated child-focused care
- Complete thorough timely documentation including evaluations progress notes and reports
- Stay informed about clinical best practices and adhere to professional and ethical standards
What You Bring
- Active state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY with supervision
- Experience working with pediatric clients particularly children with autism
- Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping children grow and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Must be able to react quickly and respond to sudden movements of the client Must be able to walk and stand 75% of the work day Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, crawl and sit on the floor throughout the work day or for an extended period of time. Must be able to quickly move short distances (up to 100 ft) to engage with the client. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Willingness to commute to and from client homes and or clinics within 30 mins in each direction to provide services
