Job Description
- Design develop and deliver technical training programs in automotive engineering with a particular focus on electric vehicles (EVs).
- Provide in-depth training on electrical systems batteries electric motors and other EV-related technologies.
- Conduct hands-on technical training fault diagnostics and real-world troubleshooting.
- Assess trainees competencies after training and recommend program improvements.
- Stay updated and share the latest knowledge and trends in automotive and EV technologies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Filipino citizen with a strong understanding of the local training and automotive market.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive engineering field including at least 2 years in training or teaching roles.
- Practical experience and in-depth knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs).
- Excellent communication instructional and classroom management skills.
- Ability to develop professional curricula and training materials.
- Preference given to candidates with degrees or certifications in automotive engineering or electric vehicle technology.
