Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toledo OH. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients resolving inquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems
Resolve issues and provide accurate product or service information
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes
Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend process improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or client service role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
