We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and client engagement a keen eye for identifying opportunities and a drive to exceed expectations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients presenting our solutions and contributing to the expansion of our market presence.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking prospecting and lead follow-up.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Conduct presentations product demonstrations and proposals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in packaging branding or creative industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Goal-oriented proactive and team-driven.
Comfortable with client presentations and relationship-building.
