Job Description

The Mine Services Technician will support the team by performing daily tasks that include:
- Installation and management of large-scale pumping systems
- Fusion and placement of HDPE pipe
- Installation and management of dewatering well pumping systems
- Maintenance and management of water storage ponds
- Hydroseeding and revegetation
- Reclamation of dumps
- Building and maintenance of mine site SWPPPs.
Qualifications :
- Basic knowledge in dewatering pump fundamentals
- Good industrial Safety practices
- Ability to layout and repair piping systems
- Good understanding of mechanical equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance checks
- Ability to operate mobile equipment excavator backhoe skid steer
- Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions safely and effectively
- Reclamation knowledge
