About:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC mechanical issues efficiently.
- Perform maintenance cleaning adjustments and repairs on HVAC units including air handlers ductwork vents and condensate drainage.
- Order and manage parts and equipment needed for repairs and installations.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair calls.
- Document all repairs and tasks accurately using ServiceTitan software.
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues solutions and service outcomes.
- Recommend products and services to improve system performance.
- Follow all safety regulations and industry standards strictly.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Valid U.S. Drivers License with a clean driving history.
- Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Strong independent problem-solving abilities.
- Dedicated to quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
