Call Center Manager
Location: Onsite - Albany NY
Salary: Up to $75000 per year
Ready to lead and energize a fast-paced call center operation Were looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to oversee day-to-day operations drive performance and ensure service excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly impact on both the team and client satisfaction.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and daily stats to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements
- Partner with supervisors to ensure agents meet performance goals through regular feedback and coaching
- Coordinate with workforce management to optimize scheduling and ensure adequate coverage
- Reinforce attendance policies and maintain accountability across the team
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure onboarding classes are effective and materials are current
- Support QA efforts to ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues with accuracy and professionalism
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of proven success in a call center leadership role
- Strong ability to monitor and evaluate call center performance
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Outlook Word)
- High level of adaptability and a proactive leadership mindset
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time salaried position. Standard hours begin at 8:00 AM and generally end around 4:30 PM but flexibility is required based on daily call center needs.
