Job Summary
We are seeking a WordPress Specialist to rebuild optimize and manage our WordPress website and digital funnels. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating seamless user experiences can balance design with functionality and understands how websites SEO and marketing tools come together to drive business results. If youre skilled with WordPress (Divi/Elementor) comfortable working across digital marketing workflows and excited about building pages and funnels that convert wed love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Rebuild and optimize our WordPress website using Divi and Elementor.
- Manage plugins security performance and integrations to ensure a fast stable and secure site.
- Track and analyze website performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Create engaging layouts graphics and digital assets aligned with Intelligent Contacts branding.
- Design and create new web pages landing pages and multi-step funnels.
- Add and format copy upload/manage blog posts and maintain consistent branding across the site.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices (titles headers meta tags etc.).
- Track and analyze performance with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and optimize workflows.
- Ensure smooth digital user experiences from site visits through funnel conversions.
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of experience using WordPress especially Divi and Elementor.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page optimization keyword strategy site performance).
- Demonstrated ability to manage plugins security and site performance in WordPress.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe CC/Figma/Canva) for branded page layouts and assets.
- Proven experience managing and publishing website content.
- Understanding of how web SEO and marketing tools integrate to drive results.
- Detail-oriented proactive and skilled at problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of CSS for style and layout tweaks.
- Familiarity with Zapier for workflow automation.
- Experience with SEMrush for SEO and audience insights.
- Background with GoHighLevel (funnels campaigns and pages).
Bonus Superpowers
- Experience building end-to-end landing pages funnels or sales campaigns in HighLevel.
- A track record of optimizing websites for conversion and performance.
