Level 4 - $85560 (plus super)
Lead from the front in delivering critical infrastructure services for your community.
Were seeking a skilled and motivated Crew Leader to supervise daily road drainage and footpath maintenance works across the City. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys both leading a team and jumping on the tools when needed.

The Opportunity
As Crew Leader Works you will:
- Lead a small crew in the delivery of road drainage and footpath maintenance and construction
- Operate plant and equipment including skid steers rollers and tipper trucks
- Monitor worksite safety and quality and maintain records for site reporting and materials
- Interpret plans set levels and ensure each job meets City standards
- Support the Supervisor Works with job setup resource coordination and site readiness
This is a practical field-based role with responsibility for daily site leadership and on-the-job coaching of your crew.
What Youll Bring
- Experience in road drainage and path construction or maintenance
- The ability to lead a small crew and communicate clearly on site
- Understand WHS and traffic management obligations
- Hold a current HR licence White Card and Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) accreditation
- The ability to read plans and use survey tools like laser levels
A Certificate III or IV in Civil Construction and experience using mobile work order systems will be highly regarded.
