Job Summary

Designation: Senior Consultant - Team Leader cum Aviation & Defence Industry Expert

Qualification:

Full-time regular BE/ with full-time regular MBA with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Preferred Educational Qualification: Diploma in Aviation.

Relevant Experience:

Minimum overall experience of 7 years including 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.
Proven track record of providing strategic counsel to prominent stakeholders and organizations across diverse industries including aviation.
Functional experience in strategy and planning complex and large programme management technology procurement of services and policy development.
Proficiency in planning and executing substantial green field and technology transformation initiatives on a large scale.
Background in aviation & transportation industry and/or MSME sector desirable.

Responsibility Areas:

Prepare capacity building plans based on department assessment and vision objectives.
Assist in market research and feasibility studies for airport and aviation services demand.
Review existing aeronautical and non-aeronautical charges and advise revisions.
Support planning for Aero Village/Aerospace Development Parks and Aviation Training Facilities.
Coordinate with various agencies/departments for project activities.
Study analyze and formulate vision and objectives for HADC.
Design key operational processes services and procedures for HADC.
Assist in conducting spaces audit and establishing asset management system.

Any other tasks as assigned by the department
