You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSt John of God Health Care is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Workforce Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) youll play a pivotal role in driving strategic planning performance improvement and critical projects across our vast and complex organisation.
Develop and implement a structured and integrated approach to identifying and responding to strategic opportunities in the People and Culture space.
Participate in the delivery of key Workforce strategic projects in collaboration with relevant senior leaders.
Understand and support management of critical risks and issues across Workforce services and projects.
Support the CPO to prepare reports and briefing papers for the Trustees Board and Board Committees.
Support the CPO to drive strong culture of performance management performance improvement and stewardship across Workforce services and projects.
Assist the CPO in the development of a performance framework that links strategic people performance measures to detailed operational management targets.
Identify and analyse current performance to understand performance issues through stakeholder consultation process analysis and qualitative and quantitative data review
Accountable for the delivery of special CPO projects.
You will hold a tertiary qualification in business or a related field proven experience in strategic performance improvement and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Your ability to influence communicate and lead strategically will be key to your success.
