We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne or Sydney. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base ensuring their continued success and satisfaction with our payment solutions. Youll be a trusted advisor identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and contribute directly to our clients growth and our companys expansion.
What youll do:
Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts building strong long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their evolving cross-border payment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and products to existing clients.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance identify areas for improvement and ensure maximum value realization from our platform.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales Customer Success Product and Customer Support to ensure a seamless client experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends regulatory changes and competitive landscapes in the cross-border payments space.
Educate clients on new product features market insights and best practices.
Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of client success strategies and playbooks.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
2 years of experience in an Account Management or similar client-facing role preferably within the FinTech payments or financial services industry.
A strong understanding of cross-border payments foreign exchange and international banking processes is highly regarded.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving account growth targets.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into effective payment solutions.
Proactive self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) and Gsuite.
