Job Description
- Supporting the onboarding of newly hired employees in the Malaysia Cyprus and Singapore offices and the continuing development and training of people in these locations.
- Work with the operations team to improve the standard of operational training globally to ensure content and delivery is targeted at the right audience is of high quality and engaging and meets the learning objectives. This is done through the rollout of targeted global programmes content creation and alignment of all operational training deliverables globally.
- It also requires the periodic update and review of quality control on content to ensure it is fit for purpose.
Qualifications :
- 6 years Fund admin or Investor operations experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Training experience is an advantage but not essential
