Job Description
QC-Planning / Review and Compliance
-QC Planner for the section of all sections (FP-IP / Stability /Validation / PM/RM/stability.
-Ensure timely completion of analysis by overseeing accurate laboratory testing through regular floor checks and review of reports/ results/ COA.
-Daily update the Quality control Released status.
-To monitor and update TAT of the entire timeline matrix.
-To Coordinate with cross functional teams (Mfg. / warehouse/ Planning) for QC planning and to discuss priorities and challenges.
-Ensure one day prior planning in all the sections.
-Working and planning of Dynamic capacity management.
-To involve in daily hand shake / stand up meeting with cross functional team.
-Ensure the sustainability of daily huddle at 10 AM and 3 PM to discuss product specific precautions across the sections with all the analysts.
-Ensure the sustainability of dash board developed through SPRINT program.
-Involvement and Investigation related to Laboratory Incidents OOS and OOT in Quality Control Department.
