Description

Were seeking a talented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales Office Team in Downtown Toronto Ontario Canada. Reporting to the Business Planning Manager this exciting role will provide a high level of support to our Sales and Logistics team through effective coordination. Salary range $55000 - $62000 per annum.

What youll be doing

  • Coordinating and managing point-of-sale materials sales tools and inventory to support national sales operations.
  • Providing timely and professional administrative support across sales marketing and customer service functions.
  • Assisting with reporting budgeting and compliance tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
  • Contributing to project execution communications and logistics to help drive team success and customer satisfaction.

What youll bring

  • 2 years experience in a sales support OR sales administrative experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively listen and adapt your style
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organise effectivelyto meet required deadlines in a professional environment with high attention to detail
  • A mindset to learn and gain new skills by taking ownership of your own development and adapting to feedback
  • A winning together mindset through understanding the perspectives of others effective collaboration and maintaining strong bonds

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
