Job Description:
- Production Support Leadership Lead a team of support engineers to ensure 247 availability of critical applications
- Incident Problem Management Oversee incident resolution perform rootcause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Database ETL Support Manage SQL queries Oracle databases and Snowflake data pipelines for optimal performance
- Unix Linux Administration Troubleshoot job scheduling performance issues and system processes
- Performance Optimization Identify bottlenecks and optimize ETL workflows for efficiency
- Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for business users and technical teams
- Automation Monitoring Implement automated monitoring solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues
- Documentation Reporting Maintain detailed records of production issues resolutions and best practices
- Required Skills
- Informatica IICS Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting ETL workflows
- SQL Oracle Expertise in query optimization and database performance tuning
- Unix Linux Handson experience with shell scripting and job scheduling tools
- Snowflake Experience in data warehousing query optimization and performance tuning
- Production Support Leadership Minimum of 8 years in a 247 support environment
- Problem Solving Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
