This role ensures compliance with applicable immigration laws provides guidance to internal stakeholders and partners with legal counsel to facilitate smooth immigration processes for current and prospective employees.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Immigration Case Management
Develop and continuously improve immigration-related policies and procedures.
Immigration Point of Contact
Serve as the point of contact for employees on immigration-related matters; provide education and updates on process timelines
