Reporting into the Manager Commercial Performance the Senior Commercial Lead will:
- Leverage data modelling and analysis to generate insights that guide strategic decision-making across the Lounge portfolio.
- Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to shape supplier strategy drive innovation and negotiate commercially sound contracts.
- Oversee commercial performance billing and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with financial goals and customer experience ambitions.
- Lead a small high-performing team focused on commercial analysis continuous improvement and reporting.
- Drive commercial accountability and value through the end-to-end supplier lifecycle from tender to execution and ongoing performance management.
- Play a key role in cross-functional initiatives ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Were looking for someone with a rare mix of commercial sharpness analytical depth and interpersonal finesse. Youll have:
- 5 years experience in commercial analytics ideally in a customer-focused or hospitality environment.
- Expertise in financial modelling data analysis and performance reporting with a track record of translating insights into action.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with proven success in managing external suppliers and contracts.
- Experience overseeing end-to-end supplier performance from onboarding and tendering through to billing and compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for enhancing customer experiences through commercial innovation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a small team.
