Key Responsibilities
- Candidate confirmations for submissions
- Setting up Interviews
- Maintaining KBI internal excel sheet with candidate submission
- Posting Jobs on KBI Tools & KBI website
- Updating candidate profiles on KBI applications
- Train consultants how to use/enter time into Paylocity
- Paperwork work filing
- Employment & Reference checks
- Answering the Phone taking messages
- Timesheet follow-up for Payroll & monthly invoicing
- Sourcing Resumes
- Attending Job fairs
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom Slack etc.).
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry scheduling and documentation.
Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve operational issues.
