Behind every exceptional Executive Chef is a talented Sous Chef who keeps the kitchen running like a well-oiled machineand were looking for that powerhouse to join our team.
As Sous Chef youll lead the line with confidence creativity and precision. From planning and executing elevated dishes to mentoring kitchen staff and jumping in when challenges arise youll be the go-to expert helping bring our culinary vision to life.
What Youll Do:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day kitchen operations
Support menu creation and recipe development alongside the Executive Chef
Maintain food quality consistency and presentation standards
Train and guide team members assigning tasks and jumping in as needed
Assist in administrative duties including scheduling hiring and performance management
What You Bring:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
At least 5 years in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen
2 years of experience leading kitchen staff
Strong understanding of food safety standards inventory and cost control
A cool head under pressure expert knife skills and a passion for hospitality
