Reporting to the Group Manager of Customer Experience the Customer Experience - Support & Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our international Customer Experience teams order-to-pay process. This critical function involves meticulous oversight of financial transactions within CargoWise and Oracle systems ensuring timely vendor payments and accurate cost reporting aligned with our guidelines.
