Business System Analysts Executive (B2B)

• Analyzing designing and optimizing B2B systems to satisfy the needs of the business requirements according to specifications and business processes. 
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and users to understand their B2B system requirements identify pain points and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• System Design and Analysis: Analyze existing B2B systems identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize processes enhance system functionality and increase efficiency.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues identify root causes and collaborate with development teams or external vendors to implement appropriate fixes or workarounds.
• Report and utilize weekly and monthly operation performance metrics including key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including system requirements design specifications process flows test cases and user manuals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders IT teams vendors and manufacturing to align requirements address concerns and communicate project/issue progress.
• Attends daily business or operations related meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement processes through system and network optimization cost reductions and improved service in collaboration with other stakeholders and functions with the company.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with RENESAS standards data security regulations and best practices related to B2B system integration.
• Assists with performing a variety of internal projects cost saving projects provides professional guidance and information and recommends appropriate solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in business management /supply chain/engineering or Operation Planning.
• B2B EDI system knowledge
• Experience in system development is added advantages able to study and map out Architectural diagram integration blueprint (B2B EDI system)
• Computer literate knowledge of office software - excel. Knowledge of SQL is MUST
• Data visualization and analytical skill
• Support Internal and External customers requirement operation planning data related issue.
• Quick learner and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Passionate and problem-solving skills
• Communication skill required to communicate with OSAT / internal team.
• Preferable English-speaking candidate. Mandarin-speaking is added advantages.

Location:

• Permanent full-time position
• Based on RIO Office Subang or Ipoh Office
