As our Maintenance Manager youll play a critical role in driving equipment reliability facility integrity and team performance in a fast-paced high-output production environment. Youll lead a skilled maintenance team oversee key systems and infrastructure and develop preventative strategies that directly fuel our continued growth. What Youll Own & Impact:
- Lead develop and inspire a multi-shift maintenance team.
- Build and optimize a preventative maintenance system (CMMS) that keeps equipment running at peak performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Production Engineering and Quality teams to drive uptime and efficiency.
- Own KPIs like OEE MTTR PM completion and R&M budget performance.
- Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions for equipment failures.
- Oversee contractors capital projects utility systems and compliance protocols.
What Sets You Apart:
- 10 years of industrial maintenance experience; 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical acumen across mechanical electrical HVAC and hydraulic systems.
- Proven success managing CMMS platforms and complex capital projects.
- Budget savvy and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in food beverage or CPG manufacturing preferred.
- OSHA knowledge and safety-first leadership.

Location & Schedule:
This is an on-site leadership role based in Vernon CA. Flexibility to support off-shift or weekend operations as needed is expected.
