Create your best future and join Customer Solutions Remediation as a Unite Remediation Data Analyst (fixed term until 30 September 2026).
Whats the role
Based in Sydney for a one-year fixed term role the UNITE Remediation Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting Customer Service Remediation by designing maintaining and enhancing data solutions across payments reporting and reconciliation to accommodate changes driven by the UNITE program. This includes debugging testing and ensuring data accuracy and system reliability while also providing responsive ad hoc technical support to stakeholders. The role focuses on assessing operational impacts uplifting existing systems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives all while collaborating closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and timely remediation outcomes.

What do I need
  • Youre fluent in SQL and know your way around Teradata Power BI and Excel.
  • Youve got a knack for translating business problems into clean reliable data solutions.
  • Youre cool under pressure and thrive in fast-paced collaborative environments.
  • Youve worked with ETL processes and maybe even dabbled in Python.
  • Youre a natural communicator who can turn data into stories stakeholders actually understand.
