CityGreen Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Keyer. As a leader in landscape design and maintenance we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients in the CityGreen area. We are looking for a self-starter who is ready to take on the role of Data Entry Keyer and play a vital role in our growing company.
Pay: $31 - $34 per hour
Role and Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in our system
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and correct any errors in data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of all information
- Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of data
- Generate reports and analyze data as needed
- Work closely with the team to improve and streamline data entry processes
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security
- Other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with landscaping or related industries is a plus
