Location: Cleveland OH (On-site Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $45000 - $55000 per year
Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Communications Agent to join our growing team. In this role you will serve as a pivotal link between our company and its clientele ensuring that all communication channels are effective and professional. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a flair for creating impactful messages tailored to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications from clients and provide prompt responses.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Create and edit content for press releases newsletters and social media.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to gauge effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing communication-related events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in communications marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications or customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
