Over two years our Future Leaders graduate program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. Youll have two stretching rotations within Consumer Healthcare Quality and Supply Chain.

Your first rotation will be within Quality and Supply Chain and located at our Lincoln Nebraska site.

Youll take on business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our end-to-end supply chain. Youll learn about the synergies and challenges that come with delivering optimum value to the business and the customer.

Meanwhile youll have plenty of opportunities to network with senior leaders and graduates along with bespoke training programs to aid your development.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

Education required:

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain or any engineering or science discipline with a strong business focus/interest.

  • Graduation by August 2025.

  • Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in your native language and English

Other requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization. Applicant must NOT require future sponsorship for an employment visa status.

  • Location mobility and willingness to relocate domestically and potentially internationally.

Expected start date: September 2025

The salary for this position will be $75650 USD.
