We are currently seeking a SeniorProduct Marketing Manager BLDC Motor Drive ICs to help shape the strategic direction and market adoption of our motor drive product line.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the strategic roadmap for BLDC Motor Drive ICs
Develop and nurture relationships with MCU ecosystem partners
Drive new product introductions engaging with lead customers and key accounts to expand market share
Collaborate with application engineering and sales teams to create clear and compelling product collateral
Oversee product lifecycle management with a focus on value-based pricing and gross margin optimization
Analyze market trends competitive activity and technical developments to inform business strategy
Coordinate between R&D and Marketing to ensure alignment on technical and commercial objectives
Support forecasting planning and product performance reporting
Create and maintain comprehensive presentation materials for internal and customer-facing use
Travel domestically and internationally to attend customer meetings trade shows and industry events

In-depth understanding of motor drive IC markets BLDC topologies SW algorithms and power hardware (IPM/HB topologies)
Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate technical value propositions in customer-facing settings
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence and inspire both internally and externally
Analytical thinker with a talent for navigating complex technical and business scenarios
The annual base pay range for this position is $183365 to $210000.
