The Opportunity
As an Analyst in the Infrastructure Origination team at Dexus you will be primarily supporting the origination team in completing due diligence on new investment opportunities across all sectors. Key tasks involve financial analysis of investment opportunities to assess the risk and return attributes and suitability for our investment portfolios.
You will make an impact by:
Supporting the Origination team in identifying and assessing investment opportunities preparing investment papers and managing the full transaction lifecycle including due diligence client engagement and financial close.
Building reviewing and refining financial models to evaluate risk and return perform valuation analysis and ensure alignment with commercial drivers and fund criteria.
Coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal process including advisor engagement funding approvals and transition into fund ownership.
Conducting market research and assist with comprehensive due diligence across financial legal tax and technical areas to inform investment decisions and support Investment Committee submissions.
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Finance Commerce or Engineering with 1 years experience in investment banking financial advisory or investment management.
Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise (including DCF/NPV/IRR) with solid understanding of tax legal and compliance matters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels and work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented proactive and adaptable with strong time management strategic thinking and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under pressure.
