Maintain an excellent reputation for the Hotel by addressing guest complaints tactfully and efficiently
Perform at any assignment or duties given by Superior
Qualifications :
Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience in Hospitality Industry
Excellent in communication (English Bahasa) and customer relation
Computer proficiency and email communication skills
Attention to details ability to resolve customer issues
Availability to work shifts including night shift weekends and holidays
