Job Description
What we are looking for:
- Maintains files on all active non-regulated forms that are not generated through systems automation. Coordinates through the Marketing Production Specialist on design and revision of non-system automated forms and marketing collateral
- Provides print specifications design/layout and print ready files to support AFIs printing needs
- Works with other team members to define business and functional requirements necessary to support the successful development and/or deployment of enhancements to all AFI web assets ( AFIconnect member portal AFI mobile etc.)
- Supports the creation and management of AFI web assets to include functionality content analytics design and features related to the web sites and digital marketing initiatives
- Contributes with the deployment of AFIs email marketing program to include functionality content analytics design and features
- Creation of all design/layout needs (print material signage visual aids etc.)
- Demonstrates knowledge of best practices across multiple digital channels including email social media web design & mobile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Web Design or related field 4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for this requirement
- At least three years experience in web content management digital marketing or related role (Digital Marketing Specialist)
- orTwo years experience in the Digital Marketing Specialist role with AFI or Five years external experience in web content management digital marketing or related role (Digital Marketing Specialist II)
- Experience in a variety of Marketing and Web-based software tools platforms and programs
- Experience with SEO/SEM principles content management systems web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) preferred
- Experience with website management platforms (such as WordPress Drupal SquareSpace or custom CMS tools) preferred
- Experience with email marketing programs and content management programs preferred
- Experience with project management tools like Asana and Slack preferred
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) preferred
- Familiarity with video editing software or tools like Canva for digital assets preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments
