Job Summary
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Proposal Coordinator to join our diverse and creative team. As a Proposal Coordinator you will be responsible for all proposal responses for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership team to develop and creatively execute proposal responses and post-project marketing materials.
- Provide internal thought partnership and manage business activities including business development support project database and systems procedure development.
- Continued brand development internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications architecture or a related field.
- 1 years of experience with proposal response packages (RFQ/RFP/SOQ). Plus in construction and/or architecture.
- 3 years of experience required in marketing or similar design-related role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with digital marketing on LinkedIn.
- Graphic design a plus.
- Written and/or graphic portfolio of design work that demonstrates creativity problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
