Description of the role:

The Sales BDC Representatives at Advantage Auto Group in Naperville IL play a crucial role in connecting with customers providing information on products and services and assisting with the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
  • Managing and maintaining customer databases
  • Coordinating with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with sales transactions and documentation

Requirements:

We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Internet Sales BDC team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and gain exposure to the full dealership experience.

In this role you will be the vital link between buyers and their future vehicles. Youll help answer questions about vehicle availability dealership services and purchasing options. We also offer dedicated in-house and manufacturer-backed training programs to set you up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and follow up on internet leads

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone email and live chat using scripts and templates

  • Provide basic vehicle information and direct customers to the right store resources

  • Present initial financing options based on the customers needs

  • Follow up with unscheduled leads or missed appointments

  • Participate in process development and team-building sessions

  • Maintain accurate lead activity in the CRM daily

  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of BDC or call center experience required

  • At least one prior role involving strong customer service experience

  • Must be a team player with a positive enthusiastic attitude

  • Prompt professional and goal-driven

  • Strong computer and multitasking skills

  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
