Job Description
There is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced sales professional to join us at our Melbourne Depot located in Sunshine.
We are looking for a resilient individual with the ability to continually look outside the box with a proactive approach.
Some of your responsibilities as a BDM will include:
- Proactively pursuing new business;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all accounts and network;
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Sales presentations and price negotiations;
- Developing new sales strategies to drive the business forward.
- Responsible for maintaining and cultivating a strong sales pipeline of opportunities.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven track record of success in sales where you consistently exceed targets;
- Exceptional communications skills;
- Tenacious and resilient approach;
- Ability to work within a team;
- Experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of operations.
Whilst Freight and Logistics industry experience is highly regarded candidates with structured selling and sales management experience from alternative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
