Job description:
As Business Developer for Portugal you will be responsible for expanding our clients presence in the Portuguese market by identifying and developing new business opportunities across sectors such as retail logistics supermarkets and commercial real estate.
Key responsabilities:
- Ensure market monitoring in terms of energy efficiency needs local legislation (e.g. EPBD decree) and public/private tenders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: initial contact client discovery value proposition negotiation closing.
- Conduct technical site visits and provide technical support to Hager teams.
- Design commercial and marketing actions (with the support of the marketing manager).
- Act as Eficias ambassador in Portugal and participate in trade shows professional events and meetings with local strategic partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and the continuity of existing accounts (loyalty and upselling).
- Travel to Madrid/Paris for training sessions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B technical solution sales (energy BMS installations IoT photovoltaics)
- Education: Bachelors degree 35 years in business or engineering.
- Languages: Native Portuguese speaker good level of English; French is a plus.
- Competences:
- Prospecting and medium/long sales cycles.
- Technical understanding (construction supervision Modbus-type protocols).
- Autonomy and commercial rigor.
