Production Supervisor
The opportunity
Are you ready to lead a hands-on production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Were looking for a proactive and detail-orientedProduction Supervisorto oversee daily operations and support our production workers in achieving quality efficiency and safety goals.
In this role youll supervise a team involved in operating and maintaining production equipment ensuring output meets our high standards. Youll also help set daily objectives solve operational challenges and ensure compliance with company procedures.
How youll make an impact
Take full personnel responsibility for your production team
Ensure a safe and secure working environment in collaboration with your team
Oversee adherence to the delivery plan and ensure products meet customer expectations and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and coach your team in lean thinking and development
Manage the departments budget and contribute to cost-effective operations
Work closely with your team and surrounding departments to quickly address and resolve deviation
Your Background
Previous leadership experience in a production environment within the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of production planning resource allocation and process optimization.
Proven ability to lead teams toward operational goals and continuous improvement.
Experience collaborating across departments such as engineering logistics and maintenance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Solid grasp of safety quality and efficiency standards in manufacturing.
