You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness generating leads and nurturing customer relationships through effective outreach and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research new sales opportunities across target industries
  • Reach out to potential customers via phone email and other channels to generate interest
  • Develop relationships and manage early-stage prospecting activities
  • Schedule Discovery Calls for Key Account Managers/Technical Account Managers/Bid Manager
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximise lead conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress against KPIs
  • Stay up to date with company offerings and competitors to effectively position our solutions
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline and sales progress to senior leadership

Key Requirements:


  • 1-3 years experience in a business development sales or lead-generation role
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Confident phone manner and proactive attitude
  • Experience in high volume outreach through a multi-channel approach
  • Ability to work to targets and manage your own time effectively
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) is desirable
  • Passion for building relationships and a drive to grow within a fast-paced environment
