Spanish-speaking Head of Conversion Bogot Colombia Drive sales success at a leading global forex broker
Emerald Zebra is working with a regulated global forex and CFD broker renowned for delivering cutting-edge trading solutions to clients around the world.
As they continue expanding their presence in Latin America they are looking to hire a results-driven Spanish-speaking Head of Conversion to be based in Bogota Colombia. This leadership role reports directly to the Chief Operations Manager and CEO and will play a key part in optimizing the customer journey and improving conversion rates.
The successful candidate will bring strong sales leadership experience within the Forex industry a proven ability to drive performance and a passion for developing and mentoring high-achieving sales teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Set clear sales goals and objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
- Foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
- Ensure sales processes and policies are adhered to and continuously improved.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Establishing trust with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of financial technology and its implications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales position experience in a team leading position in the FX industry will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluent in Spanish and good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of Forex market dynamics trends and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
