DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with managers team leaders and various stakeholders to support a positive employee experience.
- Address and resolve employee relations concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a supportive and approachable environment for employees seeking HR guidance.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR-related performance and success metrics.
- Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
- Conduct confidential investigations related to employee conduct performance and workplace issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of employee records in HR information systems to support payroll benefits and program administration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Bulgarian (C1) both oral and written as well as proficiency in English (at least B2).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR practices relevant to the local context.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy openness and professionalism.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality internal customer service.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g. Oracle SAP) and general computer applications or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High standards of integrity discretion and attention to detail.
- Ability to serve as a reliable advisor to both employees and leadership in sensitive or complex situations.

- Salary: approximately 40000 BGN a year (slightly flexible on this one for the right profile due to urgency) yearly bonus in range 5-8% (exact value still TBC).
Experience required: Need to have strong HR experience to include Performance Management Absence Management as well as experience of working in a busy environment dealing with on barding and also redundancies/ ramp downs.
