Job Description
Position: FX Sales Retention Agent with Hindi (FX exp is a must)
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Must be in Bulgaria or have a Schengen visa)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary Commission (Full relocation)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the companys products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Hindi both oral and written English (B2 at least).
- FX Sales Retention experience is a must!!!
- Must be in Bulgaria or have a Schengen visa.
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills.
